I work for three reasons.
- Clients benefit. Whether it is a produce collective who used my research to find a way to add value and increase margins, or a bank who wanted advice about how to listen to their huge streams of incoming verbatim data – my work helps solve problems, reduce risks and add value.
- I enjoy it. No matter what market or organisational research project – every single one is interesting.
- Cambodia benefits. The lion’s share of what I earn each year goes to a project I support in Cambodia; a school I helped build in 2005. Savong’s School serves 550 students.
